Since our products are exclusive and naturally unique, we maintain a strict no-refund, no-return, and no-exchange policy for all domestic and international purchases. Please review our terms carefully before placing your order.

No Refund / No Exchange

• Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged under any circumstances.
• Each item is handcrafted and often made-to-order, ensuring exclusivity and uniqueness for every client.

Authenticity & Pre-Purchase Assistance

• Marble is a natural stone; variations in veins, texture, or color are natural characteristics, not defects.
• All products are hand-carved and hand-polished by skilled artisans. Minor differences from images/videos are a natural part of the craftsmanship.
• Customers may request:
  • Additional high-resolution images
  • Detailed videos
  • Live video calls before confirming the purchase

Packaging & Transit

• Every product is packed with utmost care using bubble wrap, protective layers, thermocol, and wooden crates (where required).
• Subyaas ensures safe dispatch, but damages, delays, or issues during courier/customs handling are beyond our control.
• If the package is rejected, delayed, or returned by courier or customs authorities, Subyaas will not issue any refund, replacement, or credit.

Domestic Orders (India)

• All product prices are inclusive of applicable taxes and duties.
• Standard protective packaging is included with every order.

International Orders

• Customs, Duties & Taxes:
  • All international orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis.
  • Buyers are responsible for import duties, taxes, clearance charges, and any fees imposed by their country.
• Transit Insurance:
  • On request, clients may opt for insurance at an additional cost.
  • Without insurance, Subyaas is not liable for loss or damage during transit.
