Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping (India)

  • Shipping across India is absolutely free.
  • All product prices are inclusive of GST, duties, and taxes – no hidden charges.

Dispatch & Delivery Timelines

  • Orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days of confirmation.
  • Delivery across India usually takes 5–7 business days after dispatch.
  • International orders are delivered within 7–10 business days (timelines may vary by location).

International Shipping

  • International shipping charges (if any) will be calculated at checkout.
  • Any custom duties or import taxes applicable in the destination country will be borne by the customer.

Address Accuracy

  • Customers must provide a complete and correct shipping address.
  • Subyaas is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incomplete or incorrect addresses.

Delays Beyond Control

Subyaas shall not be held responsible for delays caused by:

  • Natural disasters (floods, earthquakes, pandemics)
  • Strikes, wars, or accidents
  • Fire or any circumstances beyond our control

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID and link via email/WhatsApp/SMS.
  • Customers can track their orders in real time until delivery.

Secure Packaging

  • Every Subyaas product is shipped in protective, secure packaging to prevent damage.
  • In case of damage during transit, customers must share clear photos and order details within 24 hours of delivery for resolution.

Cash on Delivery (COD) – India Only

  • COD is available only in India.
  • COD orders are accepted for purchases up to ₹3,500/- only.
  • COD orders are dispatched in 3–5 business days and delivered within 7–10 business days.
  • Urgent/express delivery is not available for COD orders.
  • Customers must confirm COD orders before dispatch. If confirmation is not received within 24 hours, the order will be cancelled automatically.

Return to Origin (RTO) Policy

  • If a customer refuses delivery or is unavailable to receive the package, the order will be marked as RTO (Return to Origin).
  • In such cases, re-shipping charges must be borne by the customer for resending the product.
